Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and satisfaction of water park guests and assist with guest service, aquatic programs, and pool operation as well as general shift supervision and related duties as assigned.
Provide a positive atmosphere.
Attend to guests needs and requests.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations.
Friendly and approachable with great customer service attitude.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
