The Housekeeping Supervisor will work closely as a “hands-on” employee and be responsible for supporting the Housekeeping Manager in all aspects of the Housekeeping department including planning, organizing, and developing the overall operations of the housekeeping department. |
Responsibilities: |
- Participation in the development of business strategies for the rooms division aligned with the hotel’s overall objectives.
- Contribution to the development and implementation of the Housekeeping department’s business and operational strategies.
- Assisting the Housekeeping Manager to oversee, lead, and direct Housekeeping operations.
- Ensuring a positive environment for incoming guests.
- Providing orientation and training for employees.

Qualifications: |
- Experience in managing a team of housekeeping staff will be an asset.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
