Requirements:

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Good communication and listening skills.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Attending to guests’ needs and requests.
Completing guest reservations.
Checking guests in/out.
Clarify and provide information.
Constantly assess and adapt current practices to perform a task better, faster, or more efficiently.
All other duties as assigned.
