The primary purpose of the position is to act as an ambassador for the kitchen, representing all Outlets and Canad Inns. The Cook 3 (Buffet Attendant/Prep Cook) serves the public with a professional, friendly and upbeat attitude. The Cook 3 (Buffet Attendant/Prep Cook) monitors and maintains the hot and cold buffets, and will take the considerations and requests of guests above all other duties. The Cook 3 may also be required to complete the responsibilities of the Kitchen Steward in the absence of one. |
