Any Canad employee may refer individuals who fit the specifications in a given job descriptions for vacant positions.
If the referred candidate is hired, the referrer is eligible to claim 50% of a referral bonus upon the candidate’s successful completion of 6 months. If that employee is retained for a further six months, the referring employee will be eligible for the remaining 50% of the referral bonus. Please see table below for Referral Bonus pay out amounts:
