Canad Inns believes in recognizing outstanding performance and also has a number of incentive programs available to Canad employees.

ACCESS TO SUITES AT MTS CENTRE AND GOLDEYES: Canad Inns has sky suites at the MTS Centre and Canwest Global Park. Tickets for various events are provided to our employees to thank them for their hard work, including Staff Appreciation events.

EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH: Presented to an individual who has demonstrated outstanding service to our guests and customers and a true commitment to their job. Nominations are accepted from co-workers, managers, supervisors and guests and nominees are rewarded with a Good Job pin.

EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR:
Presented to an individual who has received EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH during the past year. This award is presented and celebrated at the annual holiday party.

EVERYONE'S A SALESPERSON:
Canad Inns' employees will receive a 5% commission for recommending new business. This applies to confirmed bookings for events including socials or fundraisers, weddings, meetings and group dinners. An annual bonus is paid to the employee who has referred the most revenue within the preceding Canad Inns fiscal term.

GIVE 'EM THE PICKLE AWARD: Employees will be recognized for outstanding work with a Good Job pin awarded by their Supervisor or Manager. Good Job pins may be traded in for Loyalty Points.

LONG TIME SERVICE AWARDS:
Long time service awards are presented to 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 year employees. Employees are presented with a plaque and cheque. All 5 year employees are honoured at their hotel with a lunch or reception, attended by our senior corporate management, and 10,15,20 and 25 year recipients are honoured at the Holiday party .

MEAL DISCOUNT: Employees will receive staff meals at a discounted price.

ORIENTATION & TRAINING INCENTIVE:
Employees who successfully complete their orientation and training will be recognized for outstanding work with a Good Job pin awarded by their Supervisor or Manager. Good Job pins may be traded in for Loyalty Points.

PREFERRED ROOM RATES: Eligible members of the Canad Inns family and their immediate family members (spouse, child, mother, father, sister, brother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandparents and grandchildren) are welcome and encouraged to stay at any facility for a privileged room rate of $50 per night.

PERFORMANCE BONUS:
Qualifying salaried non-executives may receive a bonus based on their property's operating results as measured against their budgets.

PERFORMANCE INCREASES:
Wage increases are based on each individual's performance within established guidelines.

REFERRAL BONUS:
An employee may refer individuals who fit the specifications given in job descriptions for vacant positions. If the referred candidate is hired, the referrer is eligible to claim a referral bonus upon the candidate's successful completion of 6 months. If that employee is retained for a further six months, the referring employee will be eligible for an additional bonus.

TRAINER'S INCENTIVE:
Managers who successfully train their peers will be recognized for outstanding work with a Good Job pin awarded by their General Manager. Good Job pins may be traded in for Loyalty Points.

VIP ENTRY INTO CLUBS:
All staff receives preferential access to our seven nightclubs for regular events and special concerts. All employees may enter any of the company's nightclubs via the VIP entrance at no charge. This or other VIP treatment applies to many concerts and other hosted events.
