The Education Assistance policy allows Canad Inns employees to enroll in courses that are relevant to their position. Canad Inns covers the costs, including textbooks and other course materials. In return, Canad Inns retains an individual who is confident in their work and well equipped to handle any challenges at work that may come their way.
Canad Inns may reimburse up to 100% of total course fees, including textbooks and other materials, up to a maximum of $2000.00 for a one-year period. Course(s) must be relevant to the employee's current position unless otherwise approved by the Vice President of Human Resources.
You may take additional courses during this time provided you commit to one year of service following successful completion of each course.
All courses must be approved by the Vice President of Human Resources and CEO as well as the Vice President responsible for your department (i.e. Vice President of Operations). Approval must be obtained prior to registration in order for reimbursement to occur.
