Canad Inns has developed an exclusive staff training program called "Canad Certified Training". All Canad employees are trained to become Canad Certified.
Phase One of the program focuses on developing customer service skills. By providing competent, consistent, cheerful and co-operative service in each and every customer interaction, we show our guests just how valued and special we believe them to be. The program emphasizes the difference we make when our service is delivered with passion and motivation. We strive to make every guest visit a pleasant experience and a fond memory.
Phase two focuses on job-specific technical training. The training is delivered by our managers and supervisors at each property and is further enhanced by extended training, featuring our "best in class" performers and outside customer service experts.
We also ensure that our managers and supervisors receive Canad Certified Management Training, which focuses on leadership skills, management, effective communications, motivating staff, improving employee morale and managing change.
We have recently added a Guest Service Training Program called wetrainhotels.com. This program focuses on creating an energizing culture that will delight our guests.
